funcionar dentro do per\u00edodo de garantia, n\u00f3s o substituiremos gratuitamente, mas isso n\u00e3o se aplica \u00e0s seguintes situa\u00e7\u00f5es:<br \/>\u2460 Falha causada por condi\u00e7\u00f5es inadequadas, polui\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental ou usos n\u00e3o descritos no manual de instru\u00e7\u00f5es, manual r\u00e1pido ou especifica\u00e7\u00f5es acordadas separadamente.<br \/>\u2461 Falha causada por equipamento do cliente, software ou quaisquer outros produtos n\u00e3o fabricados por nossa empresa.<br \/>\u2462 Falha causada por modifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou reparo n\u00e3o realizado por n\u00f3s.<br \/>\u2463 Se as pe\u00e7as consum\u00edveis especificadas no manual ou no manual r\u00e1pido forem mantidas ou substitu\u00eddas adequadamente, a falha dever\u00e1 ser evitada.<br \/>\u2464 Falha causada por problemas tecnicamente imprevis\u00edveis na entrega deste produto.<br \/>\u2465 Falhas causadas por desastres como inc\u00eandios ou inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, ou quaisquer outras causas externas que n\u00e3o sejam atribu\u00edveis a n\u00f3s, como voltagem inst\u00e1vel.<\/p><p>(2) Esta garantia cobre o escopo limitado dos assuntos mencionados na se\u00e7\u00e3o (1) acima e n\u00e3o inclui danos secund\u00e1rios (danos ao equipamento, perda de oportunidade ou perda de renda) causados por nossos produtos aos clientes, nem quaisquer outros tipos N\u00e3o s\u00e3o adequados para as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es descritas abaixo.<br \/>\u2460 Equipamentos que tenham um impacto potencialmente significativo na vida humana e na propriedade, como geradores nucleares, avi\u00f5es, equipamentos ferrovi\u00e1rios, embarca\u00e7\u00f5es mar\u00edtimas e equipamentos m\u00e9dicos.<br \/>\u2461 Instala\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, como eletricidade, g\u00e1s e abastecimento de \u00e1gua limpa.<br \/>\u2462 Use ao ar livre ou em condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais semelhantes.<br \/>No entanto, se o cliente nos consultar com anteced\u00eancia, confirmar as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do produto, concordar com os requisitos t\u00e9cnicos e tomar as medidas de seguran\u00e7a necess\u00e1rias, esta garantia pode ser usada.
